Annual Meeting & Open House

Join Us in December for our Bi-annual Event Management Open House

As with all AFP Greater Madison chapter meetings both members and non-members are welcome to join us. This two hour meeting will include networking, buffet luncheon, our annual meeting and an event planning open house. December's luncheon promises to be both informative and fun, we hope to see you there.


Annual Meeting of the AFP Membership 

As always, our brief but important annual meeting will include the presentation of the annual report and a vote on the board slate for 2018.


Event Planning Open House

Area vendors including professional event planners, rental companies, printers, and venues will be present to share the latest and greatest in awesome events.
